1) NO FAP FOR  75 DAYS 
   In this generation. This is common Problem for the Teenager. It should be restricted for 75 days for making their life easy to live and don't distracted by some lusty pieces...  
2) DAILY EXERCISE 
We have exercise daily for making our body to suitable for every problems. It make your body attractive. It boost your confidence. It helps to make long lasting stamina in daily activities. 
3) DRINK AT LEAST 5 LITRES PER DAY 
Drink at least much amount of water .This increase your skin and it makes your day energetic. It makes your day for performing daily activities. And Improve concentration. 
4) ADOPT A NEW SKILL 
If you adopt a new skill in this days .You beat other person for this skill. It is enough to achieve a new income source. 
If your skill is Greater than others then your position in society is Increase .
5)DONT WASTE TIME FOR OTHERS ACTIVITIES. 
Time is a money. If you lose the time now you can't get it back if you give whole money of world. INVEST YOUR TIME NOT TO BE IN WASTE.
